PathWork rules
Short version. The binding drafts live under PathWork legal. Counsel must publish before cards charge.
Accumentum’s role
- Marketplace facilitator. Not a party to the session. Not an employer. Not a staffing firm. Not contractor of record.
- Accumentum-verified activity only. Vendor credentials stay holder-asserted.
- 12% take from the expert side. Buyer pays list price. Funds held by the payment provider — not escrow, not a deposit.
Experts
- Independent contractors. Eligible alumni opt in from PathProof — PathLock current, a published page, and a moonlighting attestation.
- Twelve-month fee-avoidance rule for work that started on PathWork. Pre-existing relationships excepted.
- Two no-shows in 90 days pauses PathWork. Proof stays up.
Buyers
- You pay the list price. The 12% take comes from the expert side.
- Cancel more than 24h out: full refund minus processing.
- Unclassified, scoped work only. No production access.
Never on PathWork
- · Exam dumps, brain dumps, proxy testing, or guaranteed-pass coaching
- · Classified, CUI, ITAR, or employer-proprietary environments
- · Incident response on a live breached network
- · Production pentest or red team
- · Accumentum as contractor of record for a federal prime
