Banned Work Policy

Hard no. PathWork does not run a testing-authorisation path for intrusive or classified work.

1. Never on PathWork

Do not offer, request, book, or perform:

  • Exam dumps, brain dumps, proxy testing, or guaranteed-pass coaching.
  • Classified, CUI, ITAR, or employer-proprietary environments.
  • Incident response on a live breached network.
  • Production pentest, red team, social engineering, or phishing simulation.
  • Unauthorized access, malware, exploit brokering, stolen data, or sanctions evasion.
  • Accumentum acting as contractor of record for a federal prime.

2. Why there is no testing overlay

Some marketplaces allow intrusive services once both sides sign a rules-of-engagement pack. PathWork does not. The alumni catalog is credential path, cloud and FinOps review of diagrams or sandboxes, PMO mapping, GRC first-pass on public frameworks, analytics critique on sample data, and applied-AI workflow coaching. Production keys stay off the call. If the buyer needs a pentest, they go elsewhere.

3. Stop and report

If banned material appears in intake or on the call, the expert stops, does not copy the material, and flags the Session. Accumentum may refund, strike, or revoke. Doing the work off-platform to dodge this policy is still a breach of the Marketplace Terms.
