These drafts will govern PathWork once Accumentum counsel publishes them. Until then they are not in force, and cards do not charge. They say Accumentum is not a party to the session, funds sit with the payment provider (not as escrow), experts are independent contractors, tax is reported, marks are not competence warranties, and intrusive work is banned rather than licensed.
