Expert Eligibility and Marks Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains who may activate the Expert role on PathWork and what the marks on a profile mean. It is not an assessment of skill and not an Accumentum endorsement of any Session.

2. Eligibility (product-gated, not a waitlist)

An Accumentum alumnus may activate PathWork when all of the following are true:

• A PathProof page is published.
• PathLock is connected and current.
• The completeness meter meets the threshold Accumentum publishes (at launch: PathLock current, at least one offer, PathWork not paused, no open strikes).
• The alumnus accepts the Marketplace Terms, Session Terms, Payment Instructions, Tax Notice, and this policy.
• The alumnus attests that selling does not breach an employer moonlighting rule that applies, and that work will stay unclassified.
• Offers stay inside pathways the alumnus actually completed on Accumentum.

There is no open signup for non-alumni. Staff may revoke. Staff does not have to hand-invite each eligible alumnus.

3. Marks

Accumentum-verified activity — coursework, scored pins, and PathLock snapshots Accumentum itself issued or connected. Never used for vendor letters.

PathLock current — the connected continuing-education feed is live.

Holder-asserted credential — a vendor or DoD mark the expert claims. Accumentum does not re-test it.

PathWork eligible — the expert passed the checks in section 2 and is not paused.

Paused — PathWork offers are hidden. Proof stays up.

4. Withdrawal

Accumentum may pull eligibility if PathLock lapses, if a credential was misstated, if banned work is offered or performed, if a buyer or another expert reports conduct inconsistent with these marks, or if the Marketplace Terms are breached. Fraud or imminent harm may be immediate. Otherwise Accumentum will give notice and a chance to respond.

5. No guarantee

Marks show that Accumentum ran the described checks at the time shown. They do not guarantee a Session outcome. Buyers remain responsible for choosing an expert.
